Part one ---- Web 2.0 tools
Wiki-- is a free,web-based, collaborative, multilingual encyclopedia project supported by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation.
You can just imagine Wiki is an encyclopedia on the internet. It offers kinds of different knowledge and use it very easy. You just need to input the key word and then you could find relation knowledge.
It is so useful for me. Every time if I find something which I do not know, I use Wike to find answer. It is totally free and lots of volunteers write new content everyday.

Social network-- is a social structure made up of individuals (or organizations) called "nodes," which are tied (connected) by one or more specific types of interdependency, such as friendship, kinship, common interest, financial exchange, dislike,sexual relationships, or relationships of beliefs, knowledge or prestige.
Social network has become a very popular topic during these 3 years. Everyday millions of people use Myspace or Facebook. It makes people know more information about their friends.
I like Facebook, it is a very good web site to communication with friends on the internet. You can create an activity and invite your friends to job. You can tell people your mood every hours. You can get more information about your favorite movie star. It helps people to have more funs.
Using Facebook is quite easy. You just need to follow the steps, own your personal page,upload your picture, search your friends name and write something in your wall. If you want more friends know you, you'd better put new information in your page very often.

Blog -- is a type of website or part of a website. Blogs are usually maintained by an individual with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video.
We could think blog as your on-line magazine. Normal you can write any articles, upload pictures or link to other resources on the internet. It is also a good way for me to get information. People may write their personal idea or feeling for some serious topic, it can help you to know different people's idea and get more knowledge. You can use blog to write anything you want so you can make more friends to discuss some topic.
You have a lot of choices for making your blogs. You just need register, follow the steps and write anything, then you click the button"send".Then other people can visit your blogs.

Rss -- is a family of web feed formats used to publish frequently updated works—such as blog entries, news headlines, audio, and video—in a standardized format.
Every day there are millions of new content on the internet. For the users, they may just want to read one kinds of information. Some people use Google to find necessary information. However, it is not easy to use. Rss is like a secretary and help you to find useful information. It can save time and improve searching efficiency.
You need choose what kinds of information you are interested in, then click the button and put them in your iGoogle page. Every time you open your Google, you can find relational news.

Social medial -- media for social interaction, using highly accessible and scalable publishing techniques. Social media use web-based technologies to transform and broadcast media monologues into social media dialogues.
Social medial changes our life-style.The traditional medial should be like newspaper or TV.It could not show latest news immediately. Customers could not write their feeling after they read or see the news. Social medical has more advantages than traditional medical. People can use social medical and know what had happened in other country one minute ago. Users can be free to comment content. The main different is now users can publish in the social medical by themselves.

Tagging -- is a keyword or term associated with or assigned to a piece of information
I think Tagging is great invention. You may think Tagging and linking is very similar.Sometime it's right. However, compare with linking, tagging is more function. We can find lots of linking from one key word. It helps users to save time and find more similar article to read.
Podcasting -- is a series of digital media files (either audio or video) that are released episodically and often downloaded through web syndication.
Podcasting offers a new way of entertainment. We do not need to sit in front of TV or laptop, we can use any digital audio players to enjoy movie or TV show.Watching a movie can be everything in the park, in the bus or in gym. It can help people have fun in their life.
