According to study Lecture 4, we already know enterprise 2.0 is not perfect. It will have some risks. Now we will analyze main risks:

1) Security :
Enterprise 2.0 records lots of employees and customers data. If hackers attack the Company's network, then lots of  confidential information will be dis closured. At the same time, some employ may be not deliberate, but they put too much company information on the Facebook or even play relational video and upload to Tube.

(Company need have a perfect firewall to protect their network)

2)Reputation:
For a company, the most important thing is make sure their employees work in the suitable jobs.
The Enterprise 2.0 offers a chance to make staffs and candidates can communicate with leaders. It can improve employee satisfaction, however, it also can influence the leaders judgement and employees' enthusiasm. It will make some troubles when promoting staffs or choosing new employees.
The real worst thing is defamation. It will seriously influence customers' opinion and even company's  income.

(Company should have a clear promoting rules and according to these rules, they could manage human resource.)

3)Reliability:
Enterprise 2.0 is an useful for leaders to collect information. They could know the marketing information and employees' solution immediately. However, these data may be incorrect. If leaders want to make a big policy or changing, they could not trust all of these information.

(For every useful information, leaders should arrange someone to check and collect more other information to analyze)

4)Productivity:
Web 2.0 can improve working efficiency. However, according to latest news, we know everyday more than 175million people login in Facebook. It makes a new problem to leaders which is if their employees spend too much time on using kinds of web 2.0 tools for example, watching short video on the Tube or charting on the Facebook. It is obviously if employees do these things, they can not focus to complete their tasks.

(Company should improve technology and limit employees are wasting time on the internet)
